Services and Rates

Each session is customized to the individual's needs using the following modalities:

Swedish Massage: Relaxation massage using smooth, gliding strokes

Lymphatic Drainage Technique: A modality using light pressure with the intention of moving lymph fluid. Helpful for edema, inflammation, and improving the immune system

Acupressure: This modality utilizes holding certain pressure points for several minutes to help release excess energy that is "stuck" in one place, and can be helpful in dissolving tension.

I do not bill insurance, but I can provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement upon request.
